Nine States Proclaim April 25 'Parental Alienation Awareness Day'

"Parental Alienation (PAS)...involves taking advantage of the suggestibility and dependency of children for the sole purpose of destroying a loving relationship they once shared with a parent."

TEAM GENERATION CD THOUGHTS: Mothers moreso in Co-Parenting, and yes, some Fathers, are guilty of this. Hey Moms! Hey Dads! It hurts children. They grow up and struggle in relationships because of the role models of those alienators. This is abuse. It must be stopped.
Don't 'justify' it by saying you are 'protecting' or doing what's 'in our best interest'. We need both Mom AND Dad to figure out who we are and how to use our strengths to do good.

Mom lies to Dad in Kansas. Manipulates Daughter to lie about Senior Trip.

We recently heard of a Malicious Mom in Kansas who emailed Dad she was taking Daughter on Spring Break vacation. In the email Mom states she is taking 8 of the 11 days with no explanation or apology for planning away/ taking / stealing Dad's share of the Spring Break. Then Dad finds out the truth is Mom is going on Senior Trip with high school girls to Cancun instead of just a vacation. Mom has history of lying to the Dad. Mom wants to buy love and be daughters 'friend' not parent. Same Malicious Mom has urged Daughter to not tell Dad. Dad finds out truth from 3rd party. This hurts Daughter by teaching her to lie to get what she wants just like Mom does. Daughter will grow up thinking it's okay to lie to men or people in authority because she has observed Mom doing so successfully. The Dad being abused by this doesn't have money to try to get the District Court to enforce their own Joint Custody agreement. Dad was happy daughter got great trip, just frustrated with Malicious Mom behavior that apparently is ongoing for over a decade.
